| How do I register to view video? | The IMG Media Programming Catalogue is restricted to authorised programme buyers. If you wish to access the catalogue, click on the “Register” button in the Sign In section on the homepage.

| How do I create a showreel? | If you wish to create a showreel you can do so by logging in and then clicking on 'My Showreel'. In My Showreel, click on 'Add New Showreel'. Enter the Name and Description to help you identify the list. Upon completing the information you can proceed to the Search or Browse section and select the programmes you would like to showreel. Once you have selected the programmes you want to add to a showreel you can then simply choose the showreel to which you want them added. |

| How do I search the programme catalogue? | There are two methods of searching: The first method is the "Search" option. The Search option allows you to type a key word such as a programme title. The Search option will then find every programmed that includes the key word typed. The second method is the "Browse" option. The Browse option allows you to select from Genre, Type, Category and Sub Category. The Browse option will then find every programme which matches the category chosen. |

| How do I view a programme or promo clip? | Upon finding the programme you wish to view, you will notice that on the right side of the page there are three options to choose from: view full programme, promo or teaser. The full programme option shows an entire episode whilst the promo will usally be a 3 minute clip. Some programmes will also include a teaser or 30 second clip of the show. Whilst the full programme can be downloaded and watched at a later time the promo & teaser can only be streamed. | |
| What is My Showreel? | "My Showreel" allows you to keep a list of the programs you would like to view or download. By creating a Showreel you will be able to download all of the clips overnight or email the list to a colleague to review. | |
